Our mission is to create a quality product which will not leave anyone cold-hearted, will give pleasant memories and even change people attitude towards beer for the better. We strongly believe that beer is unique, versatile and noble drink. Its taste and aroma composition varies greatly, it can be anything from light and refreshing to strong and intense. Each beer style has its own fans and various styles fit better into various drinking circumstances. Regardless of one’s preference we aim to create a full bottle of positive experience.

We make unfiltered and unpasteurized craft beers without any artificial ingredients on clean water coming from our own 127m deep artesian well.

We are using a very old method of bottle conditioning to carbonate our beers naturally, instead of pumping pressurized CO2 from the gas cylinder into a beer. Bottle conditioning and natural carbonation was widely used by the brewers long before the industrial era. It relies on live yeast activity to carbonate the beer and requires absolute cleanliness and precision in both brewing and bottling. After fermentation is finished we add a little sugar into the wort and bottle it. Since we do not pasteurize our beers the yeast cells remain alive and they convert the added sugar to produce CO2 in the sealed bottle. Beer gradually absorbs it and develops a deeper taste character, getting better with time. If employed properly, such technology preserves the beer for many years, significantly increasing its shelf life. Ultimately, natural carbonation gives the beer a rich and dense white head with fine bubbles and more delicate, silky taste. The beer does not lose its fizziness for many hours after opening the bottle.
