Our beers are carbonated using the old method of bottle conditioning. It gives our beers a silkier texture, longer lasting fizziness and better foam retention.

Brewery water supply comes from 127m deep artesian well. High water quality means better beer.
HAND-MADE WITH LOVE
Quality over quantity. Our brewery has relatively low production scale and it allowes us to pay attention to many small details that make our beers better.
